i’ve been there…
Book smarts and knowledge are great. But working with a therapist who has lived the journey can be a game-changer.
My love affair with movement, wellness and the mind-body connection began with chronic back pain. And it traversed gut issues, injury, chronic fatigue, anxiety and loss of self-belief along the way.
I know the myriad ways that our physical state, nervous system state, beliefs, emotions, and our past can interplay to impact our sense of aliveness, capability and confidence.
And I also know that we have more power to shift things than modern medicine will often tell us. There are multiple levers you can pull to change the trajectory. And having someone to help guide the way and rekindle your own inner wisdom and resilience can ease the journey.
I love seeing clients come alive again, reconnect with themselves, rediscover their confidence, find greater trust and ease, and uncover the resilience that is inherent in us as humans… And it all happens through the body.

If you want to rebuild strength and confidence in your body - we can focus on pilates, foundational strength and body awareness
If you’re experiencing physical tension - we focus on releasing muscular tension through massage.
If you’re feeling stressed and want to unwind - we can schedule a relaxation massage.
If you’re wanting to address anxiety, build confidence or address underlying nervous system patters - we’ll focus on somatic practices and nervous system work.

Definitely not! We ALL experience stressors in life. (Inevitable challenges in relationship, work, competing demands, physical health…. It’s part of life!)
My sessions support you to meet these challenges with greater resilience, confidence and trust.
It might just be a tune-up; or you might feel you want a series of sessions to build strength or ease overwhelm/anxiety.

Sessions generally run for 1hr to 1.5hrs.

Sessions are very flexible and can be tailored to your preference.
For some people an indoor setting is more comfortable. For others moving and engaging in the outdoors offers more scope for exploration and connection.

Massage
Every massage is an invitation to land, unwind tension, and reconnect.
Drawing on Thai, ZenThai Shiatsu, and Kahuna (Polynesian) traditions, these sessions aid fascial and muscular release, greater mobility and invite relaxation and renewed vitality.
Available in-person, at our Mansfield studio.

Mindful movement is a pathway back to yourself. Through private or group sessions in yoga, and pilates (available in Mansfield), explore your breath, strength, and fluidity to unlock tension, build body awareness, and deepen self-expression.
